For studying aboard or locally, renewable annually depending on the length of the proposed course of study.


Scholarship: $100,000 one-off payment for maximum 2


Grant: up to HK$200,000 (abroad) or HK$80,000 (local) per year
Must return to work in HK or other areas in China, or obtain employment with an entity or organisation in HK for a minimum of 36 consecutive months immediately on completion of their study programme.

~  at least 3 years of continued education in Wah Yan College.

~  permanent residents of HK

~  Scholarship:
F.6 Scholarship applicants should attain Level 5 or above for both English and Chinese in HKCEE 2007.

F.7 Scholarship applicants should obtain Grade B or above in both English and Chinese in HKCEE 2006 or their equivalents.

~ Grant:
F.6 Grant applicants should attain Level 4 or above for both English and Chinese in HKCEE 2007.  

F.7 Grant applicants should obtain Grade C or above in both English and Chinese in HKCEE 2006 or their equivalents.

2.  Fr. Deignan Scholarship for Undergraduate Studies in USA

For studying in a two-year junior college in the San Francisco area with full tuition fees or up to US$ 8,000 per year for 2 years in a 4-year university any where in the USA.
Applicants must be accepted by a junior college in the San Francisco area, or a university any where in the United States.
~  F.6 or F.7 current students who have attended Wah Yan College at least from F.3 through F.5.

3.  Fr. Deignan Scholarship for Undergraduate Studies
