Bike Day (30 May 2009)
We held our Bike Day on 30 May 2009. We assembled at Admiralty Station in the morning and took the MTR to Tai Wai. We rented bikes and started riding. We rode along the coast of Shing Mun River and Tolo Harbour and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. After about four hours, we arrived at Tai Mei Tuk near Tai Po and we had our lunch. After that, we waited for the rest of the people to arrive. After all the people have arrived, we rode to the nearby dam of Plover Cove Reservoir. There were many people there. The scenery was spectacular. We had group photos there before returning to Tai Mei Tuk. We returned our bikes. We got on a bus to Tai Po Market Station. We were tired but very happy. Some of us went to George Fung's home that night and enjoyed some dishes cooked by him. We stayed until late.
